Pascal Martin

Pascal is based in Hong Kong and focused on the Greater China and Asia retail and consumer goods sectors.

Pascal has 15 years of Management Consulting experience in the US, Europe and Asia, as well as more than 12 years in leadership roles in the automobile and retail industries.

His key areas of focus are in strategy development (corporate, market entry, growth), operations improvement and transformation management. Most of his work has been in the consumer and retail industries. His clients include consumer and retail brands as well as private equity funds active in these sectors.

Pascal is a member of the Investment Committee at MBO Partenaires, a French small/mid-cap private equity firm. He is also a founding investor and board advisor at, one of Japan’s leading e-commerce players.

Pascal brings practical experience to his consulting work, having worked as a Director in Nissan Motor’s CEO Office, then President of Adidas in Japan. His more recent roles, based in Hong Kong, were as VP Strategy Asia for Burberry, Asia Director at Marks and Spencer, and Chief Commercial Officer (interim) at Avon Japan.

He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Master’s Degrees in Economics from Paris Sorbonne University and in Engineering from Paris Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics.
